Ouattara made a final appeal to Gbagbo to step down, and called on the rest of the army to defect. You cannot do more than that Mr. President Ouattara! You have given Gbago many chances to leave but he did not take them! Many good advisors told him to go and to GO NOW, but he does not listen!

He adds that we must not forget that whenever the West and the UN mess up in Africa, it is left with African leaders to clean up the mess. The West Africa Civil Society Forum (WACSOF) has added its voice to the call on President Laurent Gbagbo to step down for peace to prevail in Cote d’Ivoire and for that matter the entire African continent. But Gbagbo did not listen!
